Immersed in New Orleans music culture, Washington started playing the drums at a very young age. He was teaching others by the age of thirteen, and continuously developing his hard-hitting pocket while he rose to become a seasoned professional in the genres of Jazz, Blues, Motown, R&B, Funk and Hip-Hop.

 

Washington has performed at prestigious venues such as the Bourbon Street Music Club (Sao Paulo Brazil), Benaroya Hall, and NFL Hall of Fame. Additionally, he has played with Oncore, Zhanea June, Funk E Fusion, Kevin Gardner, Lizzie Sunchine, The Bleu Note house band, and has completed seven tours in Brazil with Mr. Kurt Brunus and The Kurt Brunus Project.
